Veterinary clinic addresses must be entered in address field below in order to receive a clinic kit. All kit registrations are reviewed prior to mailing of clinic kit in order to ensure address authenticity. Allow 45-60 days for processing and handling. Pfizer Animal Health is not responsible for lost, misdirected or damaged kits. Kits available online to U.S. veterinary clinics only. While supplies last.
